Important Update

The Lord has blessed GRC in finding a potential new short-term home!  We are looking for congregational support in this decision.  Please click the button below to find details and pictures of this new promising location.
The purpose of the Short-Term Plan is to find a temporary home for GRC while we explore options in finding our permanent home

Option 1: Warehouse

Pros
Allows us to release the Franklin office & free up additional monthly cash
Cons
Not typically located in highly visible areas. Size: there is usually a large sqft requirement. Significant retro-fit for church use including HVAC, restrooms, demising walls, drop ceilings, etc. Usually insufficient parking

Lower rates but expect larger footprint which negates the savings

Option 2: Retail Space

Pros
Usually located in prime areas with high traffic. Outreach opportunities and curb appeal for walk-ins. One-step process if we find the right building
Cons
Cost: significantly more expensive; even 3,500 sq ft would likely be a budget stretch. Not walk-in ready: typically need retro-fitting for church use. Parking: 250 attendees requires ~100 parking spaces

Need to know landlord interest in using as a church, as well as surrounding retailers. Potentially release the Franklin office, depending on size of space.

Would need to retain Franklin office so that money would not be available. Possibility of conflicting events.
