2024 Summer Camp Info

Hello Campers and Parents,

START HERE: For quick information about camp, **please refer to this webpage.** It has our departure and arrival schedule as well as packing lists, and what NOT to bring lists.

Summer Camp is right around the corner and we are getting very excited for what we have in store. Attached are the forms required from Camp Lee and GRC/CGC (release of liability and photo release form). These forms can be filled out electronically and emailed back to Christie Lee (christie.lee@gracereformed.org), before June 21st. Only one form per family is required, if you have more than one child attending camp, put all campers’ names on each form. All campers and staff are required to complete the forms.

We will be stopping at Buc-ee’s again this year, and Camp Lee has a store where campers can buy snacks and souvenirs. Please send your camper with money if they want to purchase snacks.

Here are some camp departure and return highlights:

6/24/24

11:30 am - Meet for departure at the CGC Office (104 W 5th St. Columbia, TN 38401)

12:00 pm - Depart for Camp

2:30 pm - Stop at Buc-ee’s for a snack

4-4:30 - Arrive at camp

6/28/23

9:00 am - Leave for home

10:00 am - Stop at Buc-ee’s

12:30 pm - Arrive at CGC Office

Camp balance payment notifications will also be coming out shortly. All balances must be paid by June 21st. Any questions about balances and payment can be directed to Christie Lee at christie.lee@gracereformed.org .
